We assess your site for suitability — foundations, access, utility connections. Once confirmed, your home enters production.

Factory Build

Your home is built to precise specifications in our partner facility. Quality-checked at every stage of production.

Delivery & Installation

We transport and crane-place your home onto your foundation. Full connections and finishing completed on-site.

Move In

Final walkthrough, documentation handover, and you get the keys. In-stock homes can be ready in days; made-to-order homes up to 3 months from order.

Full Site Setup

We handle the complete installation — including foundation, water connections, electricity hookup, and all other utility connections. Site setup is not included in the house price and is quoted individually based on your location and requirements.

Delivery Timeline
